Giant Bomb PAX 09 Panel: Part 03

I've been really happy with how you guys handle the ads thus far.  There are sites I don't even visit anymore because content was so hampered by a terrible ad experience. Any site that diverts you to a full paged ad before access to the article,  have ads that pop up and move within the page, or make NOISE (and I don't mean video ads, of course) simply do not care about their readers, plain and simple.  It's good to be gracious to your fanbase and I'm pretty sure most here do appreciate the consideration toward ad space you guys give.

I have like the way the ads have been handled on the site.  Also, I would totally pay a subscription fee for more content on the site.  ^__^

Never been a huge fan of subscription-type stuff, but if you guys fleshed out your merchandise to stickers and other video game-related stuff, I'd most likely support you in that way.  Anyway, the panel videos were good *fist bump*.
 
Edit: Bombcast Merchandise. I could get behind an idea like that. Think about it.

probably the smartest website on the internet and its ran by a few dudes. the add implementation is excellent. non intrusive and never looks out of place.

Jeff, and really Giant Bomb as a whole, is truly inspirational. It's hard to find companies in the world today that actually care about their customers or their fanbase, but Giant Bomb manages to be both successful and faithful. I've never been more proud to be a part of a community then I am with Giant Bomb.

I could pay a monthly fee for giantbomb... I mean there's nothing else like this anywhere at all. I think that most people on giantbomb would pay too.

I totally wouldn't like subscribing, because i hate subscriptions period, and i'd hate (or love, i dont know) a GB elitist group to form...my idea of that has set rules and requirements!

Giant Bomb is proof that words like "quality" and "integrity" aren't just for commercials about investment banking.
 
p.s.  Can we please stop whining about the ODST commercials?  You don't get something for nothing kids.

Haha, the title actually says "edible." I like a lot of the questions that were said and there were some funny moments.

I hope they don't do another eating contest next year. It just wastes time that could be used for more talking or more Q&A.

Damn it sucks for all those who don't get to watch the missing scene. That was straight up hilarious what was shown. And it was a condensed version too I wish they could've shown the full version. 

After watching Jeff's little explanation about how Giantbomb works and what's in store for the future all I have to say is that as a person you're awesome, as a gamer your opinion and insight is extremely valuable and helpful and as a journalist I admire your principles of ethics and integrity. Kudos, to you and to all you guys at Giantbomb and I hope you all have a long and succesful career :)
