This stream got me to go back and try and actually beat Dark Souls. Before, I'd never got past Blight Town but over the weekend I managed to get all the way to Sen's Fortress (although I'm currently exploring the catacombs). That game is still really good!

That's always the way of these games. I remember beating the Blood-Starved Beast after an EPIC struggle in Bloodborne, felt INSANELY accomplished, only to IMMEDIATELY get bodied by the Street Snatchers/Abductors that appear after you kill it.

Brad platinum'd Bloodborne. Finished Demon's Souls. He is aware of the mechanics. Moreso than most people who didnt reach the top. Its just pressure from stream chat gives him urge to rush, and giving a good show. No bonfire warping yet, hence weak damage. Also, new areas will always kill you, because, its just new.
