The game sounds great, I really liked that the playlist will switch up every few minutes from KZ2.

Looks like I'll be renting this. I enjoyed KZ 2 but the mutiplayer never really held my attention. Oh hey, teh graphics still look great.

Are these killstreaks?  
 
You sure?  Looks like the first game to me where there was class specific abilities.  Unless those abilities are linked to your kills...I don't recall.
 
err I see you get points for killing more people in a row tho

To be honest, I had no idea what was going on in that video.

Not something that needed to be added but as long as it's handled better then MW2/BlOps then I don't care.

From what I read elsewhere, you don't get anything other than extra points for killstreaks. I thought all the sentries and specialized weapons in that trailer were due to either pickups or class-specific perks?

So what are the killstreaks for? I noticed he got stuff like faster reload ribbon when he got a killstreak but its obviously nothing like "Airstrike online". 
  
That's good though! Don't need every MP to be like COD.

There are no kill streaks like in COD, instead you can earn ribbons that give you bonuses (like faster reloading, faster aiming down sights etc) but they're not persistent. Once the match ends you lose the bonus. I'm not sure if they'll implement the whole 8 ribbons equals 1 medal thing from KZ2, which gave you a permanent bonus in KZ2.

Next time take the 3 minutes to watch the video before you write up a wrong title and description, Brad :P

While we are at it: They really should take out Team Deathmatch. Warzone should be the only mode.

ribbons =/= killstreak reward

They aren't kill streaks, don't panic. 
 
You just earn ribbons that give you bonus's if you do something alot, even through death.

Ummm, this video really isn't about the kill streaks as much as its demoing a specific map.  You really only see what...2 kill streaks shown for this player?  

There are no "killstreak rewards", "killstreaks" only exists in the sense that it is something the UI notes because Guerilla Games or Sony are pansies and are thusly taking stupid measures to try to appeal to other players. Such a thought is senseless. Beyond that, Killzone 3 multiplayer is on the whole personally preferable to Killzone 2's. Killzone 3 will top Killzone 2 to become my favorite shooter when it comes out.

Damn that looks good graphically. I didn't much care for KZ2 though.

Alright, that looked damn satisfying. I actually (and a buch of GB duders) had a good time playing KZ2, even formed a clan. I'm excited to see that KZ3 ramps up the incredibly satisfying feel of the shooting but with more precision? The controls look more maneagable from the video.

No gunships here, just faster reload ribbons.

A Few things I gathered
Killzone still has the most ridiculous headshot damage bonus
The maps are again looked very congested.
The bots are worthless still.
The emplacement turrets are still the most powerful thing there is, which I do think KZ gets right, better than any other game, where you almost feel like a sitting target.

I'm still wondering what they were thinking when they got the design idea of making red vs green, why not team mates always green and enemies red? confuses the hell out of me, I know I'm 7 years too late to ask this.

God, I've missed the sound of that kill confirmation chirp.

What was that blue silhouette on the sides of the screen?  Was that to show you were using a power-up or something?

Oh cool, they changed the tactician's ability from the beta where you used to be able to see everyone at all times no matter where they were on the map. Now it's just a quick pulse and you can only see them if they are in proximity to you until you are a higher level, then you are able to see them constantly. Much nicer. Forces noobs to play better and not turtle.

Killstreaks? Get that shit out of my Killzone! 
 
I know they're not CoD-esque killstreaks but just the idea of giving people more and more bonuses for killing, even in objectives is a bad idea in my opinion. I just don't want KZ3 to be more CoD in anyway.

I thought it looked pretty damn fun.

Looks meh, compared to Killzone 2. Note how accurate hip fire in this video is.

Looks like K2. I just hope the aiming feels better.
