The 2D Metroid games are among my favorites ever, so saying I'm excited for this is a bit of an understatement. Amazing looking trailer.

Nintendo just made me buy another Wii...

I wasn't sold on the game based on the description of the gameplay but seeing it in action has got me pumped to dust off the old Wii.

Well it certainly retains Team Ninja's sense of style.  Still don't really understand the game play, but it will be interesting to see if those will blend well or not in the final version.  Looking forward to seeing more I guess.

Can't really judge a Metroid game from a trailer. Like the classic style of it though, from the monster design to the suit.

Interesting to say the least.  I don't know if I like the first person integration, but impossible to tell without playing it.

The D-pad controls have me worried but this still looks fuckin' awesome.

Is it just me or do the graphics in this look inferior to the Metroid Prime games? I'm not just talking about the art style; Samus's suit just looks worse in every way. 

Other than that crappy first person stuff which reminds me of the frustration Metal Gear 3 caused me, it looks great.

The gameplay movies look cool. But like everyone else, I'm a bit concerned about the implementation of the 2d/3d flipflopping and how the controls relate to that.

WOW Team Ninja looks to be working on a really action packed Metroid game, I hope it's as fun as it looks.

The more I see of this game, the less interested I get. I don't know why exactly. I guess I'm not feelin the camera switching and all that stuff. We'll see how it turns out I guess.

This look really good. Much to my joy. Still like to see how the transition between third and first person feels in a gameplay scenario cause I could see that breaking the feel if you have to do it really quickly and the aiming reticule isn't centered when it transfers views...

I'm not really into Metroid so this is a pass but it looks good for those who love the series.

I'm still not exactly sure what this game is, but it looks great.
