I didn't get that. More like he's interested, but he knows he doesn't have time to play it.

I personally wanted a sequel to the original game not a prequel showing all the stuff leading up to the first game, because those who played it already know how it ends. With that said, I'll likely still play it for the storytelling since it is getting a lot of praise.

Both Alex and Dan - who seem to have played the most of this game and enjoyed it a LOT - have both talked about things that they straight up did not like about it, so I dunno what you mean by this

I was back on forth on this game. Alex's review swung me to give it try. I am not a fan of westerns but seems to be setting a new standard in open world. Looking forward to it.

I've only put in an hour and a half into this game so far, and I am already very impressed. Can't wait to play more!

I really like this format. Especially for "important" games.

Jeff will make sure this game gets 10th place like The Witcher III (I believe that's what it got).

I love these long format sit down and discuss reviews. Not much different from the podcast, but having it clipped out in its own segment and having a video format to view clips of the game really makes it so great and so unique compared to what every one else does. The questions are so much more well thought out vs the podcast format, which I love as well for its off the cuff format, but having that focus really brings it all together in a really enjoyable presentation.

Brad's commitment to wearing the headset in such a precarious position in an effort to preserve the integrity of his hairstyle is something I can respect.

Vinny lately is in 100% guarded mode, don't want to get excited about anything. Its like everyone thinks their journalistic integrity is compromised if they act excited.

I can't read Vinny's mind, but speaking from experience I'm going to say that's got a lot more to do with age and living through a million game launches than a desire to project journalistic integrity.

Don't worry, though. Dan will never change.

Really enjoyed these reviews in the video format. Being able to see the facial expression and reactions, really add a lot to these review. Great job.

My beef with the game is in Arthur's character portrayal.

With how he gives up on Tilly, Merry Beth, Uncle and Pearson and, says he's told them to get out but they didn't listen. He sees Sadie plunge further into madness driven by revenge but, does nothing to stop her.

But, he practically forces John to get out.

Why?! Just because he's married?!

He tells John to "save himself" while he doesn't abide by the same criterion and deteriorates his health by staying with the gang.

So, that moment on the top of the hill, when he says "he's won", felt unearned.

This was in complete contrast with Dutch and Sadie's characters who were incredibly consistent and well-written.

This lead me to believe that the nhilistic and Heidegggerian story of a man's mortality and the futility of his struggle against it was changed in favor of a more optimistic view, only for the sake of mass appeal.
