Looks good. Never got into the RTS genre. But that looked like it could be alot of fun. What site can  i go to to see more of those types of matches?

Not really, I think they're legitimately excited about the game.  It does look pretty fun and worthy of that kind of sportscast.  Will I ever play the game this seriously?  No way.  But at least it was fun to watch if you kinda understand the basics of Starcraft.

That was awesome.  These guys know too much about SC2 to be anyone but Blizzard guys.  If they got the right people together and they got good at it, it would be helpful to making playing videogames a spectator sport, because it would help people understand what is going on.  Even if they play the game, most people aren't hardcore enough to be able to follow high-level play.  I personally enjoy watching people play videogames at a high level, and what really is the difference between that and watching people play games with balls and sticks?  Videogames even take a certain manual dexterity sort of atheleticism, which is evidenced by the fact that most progamers, especially in South Korea, have to give it up in their mid-twenties.

I love the commentators attempts at making the maps seem bigger then it really is."All!! the way  across the map this huge battlefield is....".The repetition of all! does not make the map any bigger. However I like small RTS maps and I am looking forward to playing this game.

I didn't enjoy the commentary that much, but for a 20 minute video I think it was pretty good. I'm not even much of an RTS fan, but I enjoyed seeing some different strategies and unit match-ups. I still would prefer the play-by-play guys to take a breath every now and then, but they did their job of making me more interested in this kind of competitive play.

I feel like I'm watching football.  Why does knowing where the other player is matter if the maps are mirrored?

No sound here at work, so I can't comment on the commentators.  But the graphics look clean and the gameplay looks polished.  That's all I wanted from a Starcraft sequel, so I'm pumped!

Dam these announcers sound like two speedfreaks who drank one too many coffees.

Looks like fun, just hope I can adapt to it, playing loads of C&C 3, and Dawn of War.

This reminds me of football, a very boring game to watch and the only way people can think to make it exciting is by having needless commentary...

The two dudes commentary during fights and such was sooooooo lame. They should hang themselves for trying to make it sound like we were watching the Super Bowl.

Always Rush Zerglings

Game commentary needs some of that John Madden magic.

"What the Terrans need to do is disrupt the Protoss' economy to keep them from building more people that can shoot at them with lasers and cut them with swords. After that, they should use all of their people with guns and missles to shoot everything the Protoss have.

Here's a turkey with six legs."

Wow, I actually liked the play-by-play.  That kind of thing usually sucks when applied to video games, but these guys are pros.

"The protoss seem kinda of overpowered"

You think so?  The game looks pretty balanced at this point.  And, even if there were minor imbalances that made the Protoss superior, each side is only as strong as its commander.  Point being, if you saw me online in StarCraft II playing the Protoss you could then safely assume that I was being crushed.

I found the video very interesting, and the commentators didn't bother me. I hope to get some time in with Starcraft II after it comes out, especially the multiplayer. Definitely need to get better at playing before then anyways, and luckily I still have some time lol. Thanks @ Slippery for providing the website to catch some other matches^^

I learned a lot from watching this video. I'm new to Starcraft, and as corny as the announcers are, I'm glad they are breaking down the game a bit and showing how exciting a match can be. Looking forward to Starcraft II!
