I heard the previous DLC was a lot better than the main game, so hopefully this one is as well.

I have found these dlc´s to be a much better experience storywise than the main game. Stopped at the last chapter of the main game because I got tired of the boss battles which were experiences in frustration. The biggest reason were the camera angles and the ability of the bosses to take a lot of hits before one managed to kill them.

These dlc´s are more concentrated on navigating around the enemies or occasionally killing them for behind and less on fighting. Though there are some boss fights.

I really enjoyed the first DLC, "The Assignment", so this will be exciting to say the least! The next DLC after this one you'll play as the Keeper (Safe head guy)!

It's not ''better'' (speaking for The Assignment anyway), just different.

Well, I haven´t played either the game or the dlc, so I was just going by what I had heard.

I liked this game quite a bit. Probably the closest thing there is to a good thing Resident Evil game since 5. More of it is okay by me, especially the considering the amount of original content in the DLCs, they don't really do a lot of recycling.

I played the first part of the game in the PC demo, and man...this game is just plain rough. What started out as tense became comically bad from a gameplay perspective while I was being chased by a chainsaw dude. It just felt like an exercise in frustration, and RE4 is one of my very favorite games of all time.

In my experience, way better than the current generation and pc. I completed the game a bunch of times on the Xbox 360 and I haven't encountered any bugs or crashes. It doesn't look as good as the original, but it works without any problems outside of the rare drop in framerate when there are a lot of effects on screen.

As for the game itself, I've had a lot of fun with it. It really drops the ball near the end when they introduce the machine gun enemies and the boss battles are a trip to one-hit-kill funland, but other than that I've enjoyed it. The Assignment DLC was very different in being stealth focused instead of the shoot-bangs and I really enjoyed it. It was fun and interesting storywise, and I'm looking forward to playing the new chapter.

This game dragged on for far too fucking long. I had to force myself to finish it, bit by bit. Who seriously finished this game and was like, "MAN, I REALLY NEED TO PLAY MORE OF THIS MEDIOCRE ACTION HORROR GAME. 20 HOURS WASN'T ENOUGH!"
