Spotlight head kinda reminds me of Pyramid Head. Something about human beings with disproportionately big, mechanical looking heads that is kinda creepy.

Let's hope we have a Bioshock 2 Minerva's Den situation going on here (in that the DLC is far better then the base game).

Looks like it may actually give some sense to The Evil Within's plot. I'm game either way as I'm certainly up for some more The Evil Within.

I'm actually really excited for this, given that most of the plot holes center around Kidman and whoever she's working for.

Most horror art designers are obsessed with placing different objects on someone's head. Pyramid head, Boxhead, Pinhead, and now we're getting a splotlighthead.

I like this game quite a bit but I'm not sure if I wanna dive into this at first glance. Sure it could fill in some of the fuzzier parts of the plot but it could also create new ones. I'll wait for a few impression first.

About halfway through the game and absolutely loving it, happy to see there's going to be some more to play even after I'm done!

I really liked The Evil Within, for some reason.

Definitely down for more from this game, especially if it fills in some of the more opaque parts of TEW's story. Though I'll probably just wait until both of these DLC parts are out.

Not interested. This is one of those things that's a little too late for me. I would have perhaps gotten it if it came out with release or shortly after. I didn't care much for the game once I finished it, that when the credits rolled, I was pretty much done. It was okay. While not the reason I didn't love it, I would probably play it again if they had updated the aspect ratio and FOV on consoles. I will say that this game did have some intense moments, only when it came to the parts where you were fighting some interesting and scary enemies in claustrophobic areas.

This scenario seems really interesting. I love when expansions add a new point-of-view to the original story. And the new enemy types look pretty cool.

I think it's actually pretty nice to have dlc that was developed post-release rather than something released the second week after launch that was sliced from the game.

The Evil Within one of my favorite games of 2014, so I'm looking forward to this and hopefully it continues the same level of challenge while filling in some of the more nonsensical elements of the story.

@ricochetguro: Well, I think most people like that (for that same reason), I am just saying, I was interested in the game as I played it, not really after. It's a game I played, and directly after, went on to other games.

Didn't Bioshock Infinite have a spotlighthead?

The Evil Within was one of the most underrated games last year. Definite must buy for survival horror fans.

I'd be pretty interested in this if it was standalone. As is, I'm not down for paying the current $30-40 asking price for The Evil Within given that it seems pretty flawed, and I don't have a ton of time for gaming right now, but a shorter, cheaper downloadable experience would be right up my alley. Ah, well. Looks like really solid DLC.

Though it had its problems, I enjoyed this game a lot more than I expected to considering the so-so reviews it got. I think it didn’t quite deserve the beating it took, and is worthy of any survival horror fan’s catalogue (though more akin to say Resident Evil 4 than Resident Evil). I’m looking forward to seeing how the DLC shapes up.

Cool, I'm excited. The Evil Within wasn't liked by many, but it was one of the best games of 2014 for me.

Hmmm... Maybe he was both. I think if you walked into his light he woke up the kids around with his speakers.

@bombzinski: me too, doing New game + right now. I was trying to play fc4 but i just wanted...more of the evil within. Its awesome and challenging, I hope this DLC is too. That new enemy looks creepy as hell and ill be interested to learn more about mobus and why Juli wanted Leslie so bad.
