There might not much going on here, but that blood and beat are sick as hell. Give me.

To me, this looks way more interesting than Hotline Miami 2 so far.

@artisanbreads: Of course there were similar games before Hotline Miami, but come on, this game is hugely inspired by HM. Even the music in the trailer is similar. I'm not saying that it's a clone, but you have to be blind to not see how similar it looks to HM.

Let's hope the different inspirations can make it a different enough experience.

Obviously, but just saying everything is a clone is lazy.

If it is much more of a shooter, as it appears to be, than it'll be its own thing.

I don't think the art-style is great... I love Hotline Miami, love those old John Woo films, don't really want to see them mashed together though.

Don't give a shit about the whole clone argument. If the game is good I will play it.

@cikame: I believe it did.

Yeah, it totally does. I believe the default is clicking the mouse wheel.

@cikame: Hotline Miami did have lock on.

Also, kind of tired of seeing so many clones this year.

That's dumb to just say this is a clone. There were no top down shooters before Hotline Miami? And the inspiration seems to be Hong Kong action films.

It does look similar but Hotline Miami's viewpoint was not unique. There have been games in this genre, especially on PC, for a long while.

As much as this does look like Hotline Miami I actually get a pretty different feel from it overall. The action seems more John Woo than 80's grindhouse and the blunted hip-hop instrumental is a nice stylistic choice. Colour me interested!

Wow, the setting goes surprisingly well with this. Even with all the Hotline Miami influence, it may be worth checking out to see if it's enough to carry it.

Does this game not have lock on? That was super useful in Hotline Miami.

Plus, i like Hotline Miami for more than just the blood and guts, i love the insane characters and setting, maybe there'll be more than just gore in this game as well. May end up trying this out just to see what it's like.
