I feel like either Dan or Brad would be better at this game alone. Most of the screwups come from bouncing back and forth between two approaches.

That would be less entertaining, of course.

These Hitman let's plays are incredible. Please, do a full play through of Hitman: Blood Money. Nothing would make the Giantbomb fans happier.

40 minutes in, this is already incredible.

Yeah, this is starting to bother me even more than the guys who constantly bash Dan. Everyone's favorite Vinny plays games like shit a lot of the time, yet no one complains.

And don't get me wrong, I got nothing against Vinny (or anyone else), he's great! I just hate the double standard.

Oh man the "someones doing stuff they shouldn't" line ahahahah.

the part where the target is in the underground labaratory basically nowhere near his guards, could easily be ganked and brad walks away is where I aubidly yelled at my computer "47 YOURE BETTER THAN THAT!!!! MY MAN!"

I think though one of the parts that was the most irritating was where brad basically does not realize you can simply pick up a gun and just smoke dudes as they come into a chokepoint (IE the lab) ... I play hitman where I grab someone as a human shield and then shoot my way until the first part is clear (think opera house, mexican cartel level THE BEST Level in any game period in blood money)

I want to play this s obad but the price point is not great and I bought overwatch with literal blood money (gave blood :)

I think I will have to see how playable the game is but first thing I'm going to do as I get a sizeable ammo count is just murder everyone in the level and see how feasible that is.

The thing the game developers forgot to think when they created this world is not that I am in this world with all of these gun toting NPCs it is that they are locked inside of this map with me and have nowhere to go.

Hitman is the best mruder simulator next to Ravenshield although Assassins Creed Syndicate feels pretty damn amazing itself.

This is a great feature.

Now they've played this, we've got to go back. At least play through Blood Money. Hell, play through all the games!

What this does prove is that Brad and Dan don't really understand the basic mechanics of how the Hitman games actually work. Brad did initially hit the button to destroy the virus, but he did it within sight of the scientists. They just came back and turned the temperature back down.

This sold me on this game. The environments alone are amazing.

It's not DLC. It's episodic. Well...it's DLC in a literal sense but not in the way they mean it.

@gbrading: We're going to get a new episode soon enough, though, since Sapienza came out in April and we've only got 26 days left in this month.

This is a great feature, guys, but I couldn't stand this after I've played Sapienza myself so thoroughly. I realize that's at least part me, though. Watching other people play certain mechanics-intensive games like Hitman just makes me yell-at-the-screen crazy.

Bradman: Dansolution

There is a control panel that turns off the ventilation for the science room and you can suffocate all the guards. Lol in the beginning all Brad has to do is walk out of the cave. The only suspicious people are the ones with dots over their heads which you can see from a mile away. You don't have to worry about anyone else. Only a few of the scientists were suspicious of the hazmat suit, none of the actual guards.

If it says Compromised, that means they can see through your disguise.

Have to check your surroundings in this game. Check to see all the stuff you can do in a specific room. There are multiple things to interact with in the science room.

Also, there absolutely was another way out of the cave if you follow the wall outside. You don't have to go up the ramp.

The ONLY people you need to worry about are the ones with dots over their heads. If they don't have a dot they can't see through your disguise unless you do something suspicious. If you walk in front of someone with a dot the meter comes up giving you some time to move away before you are discovered.

I wish they could have done the Golf Coach opportunity. The phone should have dropped near where the guy was knocked out. Or it might have been on his body before he was kicked off the cliff.

This is the best series on Giant Bomb.com. I love this stuff.

Casting yet another vote for Hitdan: Brad Money here, as this is great.

I have read comments like this plenty of times in the past (MGS5 comes to mind as the...best example) but I rarely get worked up enough to bite my tongue so I wouldn't yell at my screen. Watching Hitman has kinda managed to do that and I'm definitely not the only one...

...but then again, if they had known what they were doing that whole time and wouldn't have decided on killing random NPCs along with plenty of other things, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have witnessed Brad taking out several scientists with spaghetti cans in an underground lab.

I want to second that this is an astonishing mixture of hilarious and frustrating. The spaghetti spree and the end were both fantastic.

Please play some of the other games in the series. I'd love to watch Brad and Dan struggle through the obtuse systems of Hitman: Codename 47.

I love this. Dan's coaching of how to play recklessly and Brad's extremely timid and cautious playstyle go so well together. I would watch them play through a lot of this entire franchise like this.

LOLed at the two wondering why the virus wasn't destroyed. I'm guessing one of the other scientists noticed the sample was overheating and shut it off.

I don't think they are aware of how much information the game gives. If you track an opportunity it tells you exactly what you need to do. "Get the golf disguise" means get the golf disguise. Though the "Call Francesca" was a little ambiguous because they didn't see the phone drop. Anyone know why the phone didn't drop, or did it? Brad didn't use Hitman vision to look at all the stuff on the ground so I'm not sure if it was there. I'm pretty sure it drops just like it does with Helmut. My only suggestion going forward would be that Brad needs to look over an entire room if it looks important so he doesn't miss any cool or funny stuff to do like in the science room.

Okay, for people who have played the game, once the game tells you to call the lady, like, 25% of the civilians you walk past are either talking on a phone or looking at a phone screen. Can you not take someone else's phone?

The phone should have dropped from the Golf guy. If you use a phone to call someone it's always on the person you kill.

Well, if thinking this in a logical way (and ignoring silly things like 47's voice not sounding anything like the guy's when he calls her, but that was already a thing with Helmut), 47 wouldn't know her number and even if he did, I'd imagine she would be a bit puzzled at the guy calling her from a different number.

Edit; Oh wow, I'm looking at that part again (48:32) and I think the phone falls down the cliff when het gets smacked with the crowbar, as he is just pulling the phone out when it hits. Man, if that's the case you guys had some bad luck. @brad@danryckert if you get really bored at some point, I hope you load up the game just to go see if the phone is somewhere down there.

I should probably be used to it by now but holy hell how are they this bad at the game. I could see Dan figuring this out eventually but Brad is just on a whole other level...
