@envane: hardly. Even if you think brad is playing bad (he's not), the whole thing is predicated on brad playing relativitely conservatively while dan is an agent of chaos, and how they play off each other. (hint: it's hilarious)

Exactly, this is why it works having Dan be Brad's tactical advisor. Brad wants to stay away from the chaos but Dan throws him into it. It's great. This game is amazing and this series is amazing. It's very fun to watch. I just hope they do some research so they understand the systems at play, when you compromised, when you are trespassing, etc.

I think maybe @brad and @danryckert might need to discuss something with @unastrike about maybe sitting closer to the TV? They're missing a lot of things on screen, and the Hitman menus and prompts all use weirdly small text sometimes.

@gregalor: I think people hate Endurance Runs now? Someone asked about it at the PAX East panel and as soon as the words "Endurance Run" were mentioned by someone asking a question there was a rush of booing from the crowd.

@danryckert You should grab Drew and take a look at some of the escalation missions or the various Rube Goldberg ways to complete the contracts.

I think if they do Blood Money it will be just a regular West Coast feature, not an ER. Just an ER in all but name.

And yes, I figured it was a big hint that the company was called Ether, and they discussed accidentally gassing everyone in the cave. But Dan and Brad were just....REALLY awful at catching on to what the game was hinting at most of the time.

They need to play the next one on PC. These loading times...

Come now, if the game is hinting at things, do you really want them to follow the tracks?
They seemed to lay their own down marvelously.

This is both wonderfully hilarious and frustrating to watch in equal measure. More, please! Would LOVE to see some classics from Blood Money or earlier get revisited.

I mean, considering the fact we've had endurance runs of every MGS game recently too...

Can't say 100% but I do know I had this happen to me where I took out Helmut and went into hitman vison to see where the phone dropped and no phone anywhere near where his body was. It was weird.

Brad responded to a Tweet which crystalized this video for me, despite all the misses and fumbles I'd be A-Okay with watching them run this mission again with foreknowledge if it allowed them a chance at a executing the events well.

After all that's what Breaking Brads like Mile High or Volgar were about, being forced to get under the skin of the game mechanically, to reach a certain level of competence. Hitman, by being so lenient, isn't able to deliver on that aspect of why I enjoyed those features.

I'm here just as much to see what a game can offer as I am to hear the gangs interactions.

you can look under the mini-map to know if you are trespassing if you are found trespassing don't run they will just escort you out of the area, when brad was wearing the plumbing uniform inside the mansion he was trespassing and since he ran and didn't stop they started shooting which you can avoid by listening to them.

I had a hit go bad in Paris, found myself in the auction room surrounded by armed guards. I decided to play out the scenario for fun and try to shoot my way out. NPC behaviour remained more or less believable and I heard a range of NPC barks that I've never heard during normal play, so I think the designers anticipate players trying this.

On PS4 the game engine handled my killing spree admirably. The frame rate only suffered significantly when I tried to stack 135 bodies in a single pile and drop a chandelier on top...

This was great. Best new premium content on the site in a while.

Equal parts awesome and infuriating. The end was the best, sloppy as shit, but still the best.

Some short tips if you guys care @danryckert@brad:

1. The only people you need to worry about are the ones with dots above their heads. You guys are getting a little too close to them sometimes.
2. The white dots above peoples head change based on your disguise.
3. Pay attention to your map at all times. This is the only place on the HUD that indicates whether or not you are trespassing. If you are trespassing, everyone will have a white dot. For example, you were trespassing the entire time you were in the mansion dressed as a plumber, it would have been better to switch to another disguise in there (mansion staff or security, people that are supposed to be in that building).

Please keep doing these!
