    Viktor is a new mage pusher in The League of Legends. Interestingly, Viktor can be quite customizable to fit a number of situations thanks to his passive ability.

    Viktor began life with a love for science and technology. Therefore, like everyone else like that, he decided to use it to blow things up. He attended Zaun's schools and eventually constructed Blitzcrank there on campus. His success wasn't long lived however, where Professor Stanwick took the credit for the project and also stole Viktor's research to revive Urgot, another champion.

    Stricken, Viktor resigned from the college and worked at his own private laboratory, using it to improve his body with machinery. When he reentered the world, his personality changed; a standing of justice adapted into a vision of a "glorious evolution." Viktor sees augmentation as a necessity for evolution, the need to renounce the flesh and welcome the technology.

    Using his machines, he has constantly improved the speed and potency of his research. His only reason to enter the League is to test his new found abilities, to analyze and perfect his machinery.

    Viktor's passive is an interesting one; he starts with the item "Hex Core" in his inventory. Later on in the match, he may upgrade it into one of three augmentations. Each of these improve one of three of his main spells, depending on which is chosen. Viktor may not change or sell his Hex Core.N/A

    (Active) Viktor blasts an enemy for magic damage, making 40% of that damage (before reduction from magic resistance, etc) into a personal shield for 3 seconds.
    • Range 300
    (Passive) With this particular augment, Power Transfer will give 30% movement speed for 3 seconds. The Hex Core will also grant +3 ability power per level, +220 health, and +6 health regeneration per 5 seconds.

    (Passive) With this augmentation, Gravity Field has an additional 30% cast range. Hex Core will then grant +3 ability power per level, +200 mana, +10% cooldown reduction, and +5 mana regeneration per 5 seconds.

    (Active) Viktor fires a laser from his robotic arm that follows a path indicated by the player, dealing magic damage to every enemy it hits. The path is chosen by clicking point A, and dragging it in the direction of point B, in a straight line.

    (Passive) With the Death augment, Death Ray will set fire to enemies, dealing 30% additional magic damage over 4 seconds. The Hex core will then give +3 ability power per level and +45 ability power.

    (Active) Viktor creates an AoE storm at a specific location, dealing magic damage and silencing enemies in that area for half a second. The storm continues, dealing magic damage every second to nearby enemies for 7 seconds. Using the ability again while the storm is active will move it to where the player's cursor is located; the storm also moves faster the closer it is to Viktor.
