    I've maxed out two characters made it all the way past Saturn and I'm have a lot of golden mods but I can't teach lvl 5 please help I have a friend that is weaker then me and at a higher rank then me and all he does is excavation on Venus

    @derrellnich: You gain mastery rank XP for leveling up a type of gear to 30 for the first time. So you need to get yourself a new warframe, weapon, sentinel, archwing, kubrow etc. of a type you haven't leveled before. If you're out of inventory space that means either buying more for platinum, or selling something you've already to free the inventory space.
