So for some of the ScoutX selfies you have to talk selfies with unique NPCs. One of them is the Donut Guy who is also tied to a trophy/achievement for calling the cops on him.

I accidentally killed him and he apparently won't respawn. I have moved the story forward and each time I do a mission I check to see if he is there. He is supposed to spawn after 8am but he never shows. So did I screw myself out of getting the trophy?
