    I'm having crazy framerate issues

    I have a 1070 installed, i7 cpu and yet even on the lowest settings my fps drops to a slideshow. My drivers are up to date and scouring the Web turns up pretty much nothing for suggestions, but a bunch of articles about how great it runs. Anyone else having these issues?
