Wave Attack

Overview

The wave attack is usually a pretty standard attack done by bosses. These attacks are usually large area attacks that can only be dodged by jumping over the wave that they create.

These attacks are usually triggered after a character jumps and slams back down onto the ground. What results is a shock wave that usually expands until it hits the player or dissolves. These waves usually expand in a circular manner around the boss character and sometimes are followed by additional waves. Sometimes these waves come from a sword after a powerful sword slash.
