    Short summary describing this game.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

The player takes on the role of Reise, a mercenary who is attempting to steal a sacred artifact. The gods take offense, and separate Reise's soul from his body. To be restored, he must first assist various denizens of a small village by possessing their bodies to accomplish tasks they could not do themselves.

The game features a soundtrack by Yasunori Mitsuda, released on disk with an enhanced orchestration as an cinniùint.

Tsugunai(つぐない) translates as 'atonement' in Japanese, making the western release's subtitle somewhat redundant.
