Overview

Jack Nicklaus' Golf & Course Design: Signature Edition, known in-game as Jack Nicklaus: Signature Edition, is a behind-the-back golf simulation game developed by Sculptured Software and published by Accolade for DOS PCs in 1992. The third installment of the Jack Nicklaus (Franchise) series of golf games and the sequel to Jack Nicklaus' Unlimited Golf andamp;amp;amp; Course Design, Signature Edition features another graphical revamp (including high-color VGA graphics, a new user interface, and digitized golfers) and two courses (Sherwood Country Club (Location) in California (Location) and English Turn Golf & Country Club in Louisiana (Location)). Additional courses from the series' previous games are also compatible. The game also received a Genesis (Platform) port by Microsmiths in 1993, known as Jack Nicklaus' Power Challenge Golf. It is the last in the series to be developed by Sculptured Software, later receiving a Windows PC sequel from another developer with Jack Nicklaus 4 (Game).
