    Overview

    Kenseiden (lit: "Sword Saint Legend") stars the samurai Hayato as he attempts to fight back an invasion of demonic warlocks throughout Japan. The player is able to attempt stages in a non-linear order, visiting training stages that increase their health and finding alternate paths to destinations.

    The game retained its Japanese language title when it was released in the US. However, the hero's hair color was changed from blond to black.
