    Overview

Spider and Web is a piece of interactive fiction written by Andrew Plotkin. The game was created with Inform 6 and is available as freeware Z-code. Interpreters are available for a wide variety of platforms, and the game can also be played online using a web browser.

    Plot

What first seems as a vacation soon proves to be something completely different. The game is an intricate spy story told largely through flashbacks. Futuristic in-game technologies in combination with the open-ended properties of text interfaces make this a very challenging science fiction thriller.
