Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is a downloadable third-person action brawler developed by Red Fly and published by Activision for the Xbox 360 (via Xbox Live Arcade) and PC (via Steam) on August 28, 2013.

Part of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, the game is loosely based on the 2012 Nickelodeon cartoon series, using the characters and continuity of that series, but with original character designs.. Along with four-player online co-operative gameplay (with an easy jump-in/jump-out system), the game features some elements from the Batman: Arkham series (including a similar free-form combat system and a gritty, more realistic atmosphere).

The game is part of a three-game partnership between Nickelodeon and Activision, along with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Rooftop Run and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Out of the Shadows' title screen music is "Turtle Power" by Partners in Kryme, which was the flagship song of the original TMNT film. Original score was developed by hip-hop producer Just Blaze.
