Overview
Conduct Deluxe! is a PC game released on 12/5/2017 developed and published by Northplay. It is a puzzle game that involves manipulating trains and track switches to collect and deliver passengers between stations. This version is a an upgraded version of the developer's original release of the game under the name "Conduct THIS!" for iOS and Android operating systems.
Gameplay
The player is presented with one or several trains traveling on interconnected tracks that have train stations on them with passengers of various colors that spawn over time. The goal is to get the passengers of a specific color to a station of corresponding color. The challenge comes in manipulating the trains to transfer these passengers within the time limit while avoiding any collisions with other trains (both controlled by the player and automated) as well as cars at train crossings. The player can only interact with the trains by clicking them to start or stop their movement and by changing track switches that allow approaching trains to go on to other tracks and in different directions.
The game is presented on a number of maps with a variety of environmental biomes. Each map has several challenges that each represent a puzzle with different track designs, obstacles, numbers of trains and stations. Maps are unlocked through an in-game currency earned by completing challenges.
