HereAfter centers around a seemingly abandoned robotic experiment which happens to reboot one day by some unknown means. Instead of finding its creator standing over it however, it wakes to find the scientific facility in which it was created left to ruin and completely over-run by a variety of other experiments that have escaped their containment. In the midst of this chaos the only calm voice of direction is a super-intelligent AI called MUSE which had been created to over-see the facility's operations but had, until this point, been long deactivated for again some unknown reason; until the robotic experiment arrives and turns him back on. Between his help and guidance, and the robot's ability to actually move about the facility, the two go on a mission to discover what had happened during their absence and hopefully to find their creator. This game contains a variety of levels, enemies, "friends?", bosses, weapons, and even equipable armors to keep the gameplay interesting as well as a somewhat decent story to get involved in.
