The gameplay features arcade-style combat also reminiscent of this era. In the game, players are a comical blue humanoid named Krog who wears a red loincloth. The movement, combat, and platforming all call to mind Hollow Knight, while the game design calls to mind Actraiser II for SNES, and the world itself calls to mind all the bizarre old games for Amiga (Shadow of the Beast, Lionheart, and Ghost Battle).
