    London is the capital city of England, and the largest city in the United Kingdom. It is located in southern England, along the River Thames.

    Originally founded by the Roman Empire as Londinium, this small settlement grew over the course of centuries to what we now know as London.

    London is the 9th biggest city in the world, and is the biggest city in Europe. It is 620 Square miles in size with a population of over 7 million people. London is home to the tennis tournament Wimbledon and is home to the Royal Family.

    London is home to the Famous underground railroad know as "the tube". The city has a diverse culture and is very popular tourist destination because of it's land marks such as The Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, The London Eye and many Museums.

    The West End of London is home to all the places you might find on a Monopoly board such as Oxford, Regent and Bond Street.
