The Boomerang is a projectile weapon that has appeared in numerous games over the years. It is a staple of the legend of Zelda franchise and has appeared in nearly every game in the franchise. In the early days they served as a projectile weapon with unlimited ammo and then evolved to a weapon that could lock on to enemies and hit multiple objects before returning to the user.
