I can't speak for everyone else, but at least on my Xbox Marketplace, the demo is out, haven't checked PSN, but i assume that will come later? no idea!

Anyway, since i am not a Gold member, i haven't played it, have any of you? i've been extremely interested in it, since i have faith from what i've seen, that it will actually be pretty good.

Oh and it's kinda crazy or awesome how there are two sperate Vin Diesel related demo's out.

It's a typical Midway game, you can't even run over people in it.

You can't run people over? I thought I ran over a few. Not sure, but it even explains if you hit pedestrians you lose your focus meter.This game is worth all $60 for the "air jacking" alone. Where you get behind a car you want to air jack, then hold "B" til the arrow turns green and then release. You will jump out of your car, defy all physics possible and keep going forward against air resistance, and jack that car."

It's pretty good. The car action really feels arcadey and kinda makes me think of a game like Crazy Taxi in how it controls, or perhaps that's just poor memory on my part. The ability to 'punch' other cars and the specials like the one that whips you around and allows you to shoot are entertaining but I have to say 'Air Jacking' takes the cake for being the most awesome of the bunch.

The story, or what little you experience looks pretty bad. Like that chick was fucking annoying throughout your short time with her and god DAMN what is up with the character models? They look like fucking shit.

Its kinda like pursuit force. I liked the demo. Wont buy it thought...maybe rent it.

I really liked it. The car action was cool, the cutscenes and slow-mo destruction shiz was cool, and so where the special move things.
It looks like my next two purchases are going to be Vin Diesel games lol

I thought the demo was great I think i'm only going to rent it though with Resi 5 just around the corner

Hmm still haven't been able to try it, looking foward to it though, seems as good as i thought, i hope anyway.

For the record, i love GTA IV's Car handling, positively love it.

I actually quite like the demo!

The over-the-top crazy ridiculousness of it makes it fun.  I think it's worth $40, so I'll wait a bit for the price to drop.

Jumped straight to reply so not sure on everyone elses opinion. But I totally thought this was brilliant. I know I probably shouldn't like it, but I was smiling like a bitch playing it. It was great fun. In fact I want to play it again.

It'll probably get repetitive, and it's obviously not going to win any awards, but dude, I thought this game was real good fun.

The game is bad, end of story. But its got some exciting action.
