    Wii Fit maybe, similar style to Wii Sports, + the whole exercise thing. But that's double the price of a normal game for ya, balance board and all. So, yeah, Boom Blox. Or one of the Rayman Raving Rabbids games, whichever was the best, I don't know. Maybe Animal Crossing?

    Yeah, I'm not sure why more people aren't suggesting Mario Galaxy.  It's easily the best game on the Wii and about the only reason not to own it is if you don't like 3D platformers.

    de Blob (another platformer) and Mario Kart are two other games that'd be casual friendly.

    Also, World of Goo (especially if you can gift it to her via your own Wii) is an excellent game.

    Dude may have a point. Yeah, WarioWare: Smooth Moves is a solid choice, though the controller's unresponsiveness in motion controls can be extra frustrating in this game...

    Also, yeah, she might have a blast with Animal Crossing: City Folk. I had a decent amount of fun playing it, even though I was disappointed by the lack of progress since the last 2 games. For anyone who hasn't played one of the earlier AC games, I'm sure they'll love it.
