Chisato Nishikigi was an upbeat girl who was a pacifist, the young Lycoris secret agent and a waitress from Cafe LycoReco who was joyful for her life. Chisato was a young orphan who was adopted by the agency organization, called Direct Attack, an organization which eliminates terrorism around Japan. In Chisato’s training, she took part of the security force defense course and got an A+ ranking for her good performance and then to Special Guard Force Tactics Unit before her grade was dropped to D-. During her life as a Lycoris, Chisato has a congenital heart disease before being picked up Ed by the Alan Institute to replace Chisato’s heart like the artificial heart to continue her life. Chisato gained respect to her commander, Kusunoki to be the top-tier Lycoris for protecting the DA’s Radio Tower before her fame was spread from rural areas. After her Lycoris career, Chisato worked as a waitres s at the LycoReco for her rest of her life.
