Overview

Dyna Brothers 2 is an RTS game exclusive to the Sega Mega Drive that was developed and published by CRI in Japan in 1993 and is the sequel to the original Dyna Brothers from 1992. It later saw an enhanced version named Dyna Brothers 2 Special that was released exclusively to those with a Sega Channel subscription. This Special version was later added to the Wii Shop as part of its Mega Drive Virtual Console library. No version of the game has ever been localized into English.

As with its predecessor, the goal is to generate eggs that hatch into various dinosaur units with distinct tasks. Herbivores, for example, can eat the local greenery to generate energy for the player's side while carnivores go out and hunt down alien units. The player can also spend their energy to create advantageous weather effects, such as rain to make more plants grow for the herbivores.
