Overview
The Wings of Pegasus are one of the Three Sacred Treasures in the Kid Icarus universe, along with the Arrow of Light and the Mirror Shield. They were crafted by Dyntos, God of the Forge. When Pit has them equipped, he can fly for as long as he desires, and he uses them in the final stages of both the original Kid Icarus and Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters. He also equips them during select stages of Kid Icarus: Uprising, but Palutena fears that the wings have become unreliable with age and keeps them turned off while she aids Pit with her own power of flight.
The wings, as well as the other two sacred treasures, are destroyed by Hades when Pit battles him for the first time.
