Ok since everyone is being pretty ignorant allow me to clarify the issue:

You are allowed to share a ps3 downloadable game with up to 5 different people. This is completely legal and a non-issue, it is basically so that if you buy a game your little brother can play it too. Extrapolate that and you can share it with your friends. Extrapolate that and you can share it with you internet friends. You can also pull your money together to buy the games, this is legal and I recommend as eprhaps people who would not normally get a game of 15/20 dollars when sharing with 2 or 3 people the prize goes considerably down. The only issue is trust which is not a problem when you are dealing with real life people, however on the internet the other erson has no moral qualms on abusing you because you will never catch him. But I repear this is not illegal or piracy, in fact its not evenc lose to piracy I do not knwo why you are using that word. Its the equivalent of buying a game that comes with 5 cds and sharing a cd with 4 friends.

You were at first allowed to share warhawk but that changed because sony felt it was being abused from its original intention. however you can still share expansion packs.
