Want to get a small PC game (my laptop isnt very good at gaming) and this seems to be one of the most interesting.
So I was just wondering if anyone has any experiances of the game. I know there was a sale of it recently, however if it is worth the asking price I dont mind paying it.
Thanks

World of Goo worth getting?
World of Goo is one of my all-time favorite puzzle games. It has a great sense of humor and the game itself is pretty fun too. I would definitely recommend it.
absolutely amazing indie game, its a must own
the game has great style and music, and will test your brain (especially if your a perfectionist)
" There is a demo of it if you want to try. The game is addicting, but somehow i didn't like it. I couldn't stop playing though... "This.
Although I played it on WiiWare.
I enjoyed it quite a lot. It was great fun, had some awesome music and the little characters of blobs and match sticks in it were really cute.
It's quite difficult in some stages, so it provides a challenge that makes you re-try over and over. It's got some kick-ass physics. And the background animations are amazing.
Everybody I've talked to and all the reviewers love this game, but I'm going to go with my gut this time which tells me that I'm not going to like it. I mean, what do you even do? Just paint everything?
Eh? I think you are confusing it with De Blob here." Everybody I've talked to and all the reviewers love this game, but I'm going to go with my gut this time which tells me that I'm not going to like it. I mean, what do you even do? Just paint everything? "
Anyway, go get it. It is one heck of a game. I would recommended the Wiiware version, it is the same as the PC version but i liked the IR pointer control over the mouse, it feels "softer" if that makes any sense.
" Wii is the way to go, But its a good game either way. "What? no way. The game is beyond inferior on the Wii.
Control as miles more accurate on PC and it looks like shit on the Wii.

The game is simple as hell and the Wii Remote is perfect for controlling it.
PC version is less fun that the Wii version you Wii Hater
" @Whisperkill said:Yeah, you actually DO need it to be accurate. I can barely move the wiimote, its all shaky and whatnot. " @Whisperkill said:No... I lift my arms about 5000 times a day during swim practice. I'm not lazy when it comes to physical activity. The wiimote is just literally less accurate than a mouse. " @Coombs said:If you have that much trouble controlling the Wii Remote you probably don't have your sensor set up right for the height of your TV, Having it set up properly makes a huge difference in the controls. I have had to adjust the sensor at my mothers and a couple of friends places because their TV was to low/high for the sensor to work properly." @Whisperkill said:Yeah, you actually DO need it to be accurate.
