Although a few sites indicate that Terror from the Deep was released a year later on the Playstation and 3DO, I can not actually find any supporting evidence that the 3DO version ever came out. No cover art, disc art, or even ISBN.

So the question stands, is there any proof that this version exists in retail or even prototype form out there?

Chances are that 3DO is listed due to a glitch in the wiki.
