Ok so i log in with my friends gamertag he has  a game(XBLA, XBOX Original)
And i re download it to my hardrive so i can have it on my xbox.

You can do that but you can only play the games if your signed into your friends profile on the xbox 360.  So if he's online at the same time and your trying to use his account, then there might be some problems.

well it says right in the usage restrictions the first system that content is downloaded too the content is available to all profiles on that system so its not illegal.
though that thread you posted is quite odd it says 50% off when its not it just lets you give games to people your not actually paying half price.

no, it does not work. u would need ur friend's account info all the time in order to play it.

Reminds me of the time someone on the forums kept asking if he rents a game and installs it will he have the game, and everyone was going no, but he persisted.
