That's a step up for him. He usually doesn't even mention PS3 games or give the developers credit. Last game he even blurbed about on PS3 was Metal Gear Solid 4, I believe.

Major Nelson has been playing games on other platforms forever. He isn't biased.
Why is that a bad thing? It makes no sense why everyone should not play every game regardless of platform and whatever. Do you think EA doesn't play 2k sports games? If they didn't then how the hell would they be able to use the things that they do better

@sammpoo: There are other Fallout 3 icons you can pick from...It's just annoying to keep thinking you're a mod. With the same icon and a red name it's annoying.

I think MS would have a problem with it if he went on about how great it was and said everyone should buy a PS3. I think they specifically want him to bring up other platforms games from time to time. He brings up DS games a lot, and I think it's because MS sees that as very safe. MS isn't in competition with the Nintendo DS at all.

Sorry man I never read in the rules that you can't have certain pics. This place is weird and that's why I don't upload my gamer tag to the achievements, because then I'd probably ave people from here messaging me to change my gamerpic because their brother or sister has the same one... pretty lame, seriously guys it's just a pic and leave it at that before another topic is ruined by pointless complaining for the sake of complaining

This is exactly what I'm thinking. It's not like there is some sort of epic violent war going on between Sony and Microsoft. People that work for the companies are allowed to play games on the other companies' platforms.
Someone who works for Microsoft intends to purchase a PS3 game? The end of the world is upon us and we will die because of it. But our death shall be quick and painless unlike Major Nelson who will be tortured for 6 days straight and on the 7th he shall be sacrificed to the dark gods whom Microsoft worship. And on that seventh day the world will be reborn in the image of Microsoft with human beings replaced by paperclips spewing out random facts and questions we all know the answer too. Constant BSoD messages in the sky as it crashes down upon us and the RRoD will appear in everyone's eyes as our new biotech implants fail.
Locking this down now. I think it is safe to say a worse fate awaits this world and all of us than worrying if Major Nelson has bought a PS3 game or not.
