Kameo could use a sequel. I think the developers rushed it for a launch release but there was some good game mechanics that could be polished up and added to for a sequel.
Most already have sequels confirmed, like Mass Effect 2. I hope the Team Ninja games (Dead or Alive, Ninja Gaiden) don't die with Itagaki suing, and I'm hoping there will be future Project Gotham Racing titles even as Bizarre has left MS. I'd love some Xbox1 sequels though, like Fahrenheit 2 or RalliSport Challenge 3.

Fahrenheit 2 Would make an awesome game. Dont know where it would pick up though

A Crackdown sequel would be a day one purchase for me, but unfortunately, if there is one, it doesn't seem like it will be made by the original developers. :(

You know they're making Mass Effect a trilogy, right?
Mass Effect is one of my all time favourite games, so I can't wait for ME2. And Psychonauts definitely needs a sequel, but it's never going to happen. They sold less then half a million copies of the first.

I'm guessing you meant Psychonauts, in that case I have no idea. I'm 99% sure Mass Effect 2 is coming, google it.
Bioshock (even though I know there will be one), and Dead Rising (which there will also be one). Dead Rising, with better controls, AI, and more polished gameplay could be awesome.
How about sequels that SHOULDN'T EVER BE MADE... EVER.
Alaskan Storm 2, Hour of Victory 2, Lost Planet 2, Condemned 3 (I loved the first one, the second one was okay. The multiplayer ruined it for me), Frontlines 2

Call of Duty 6 (screw COD5... damn Treyarch), Viva Pinata: Trouble In Paradise, Banjo-Kazooie 3, Devi May Cry 5, Gears of War 2.
i say a bioshock sequel with varying landscapes and level design, better controls, and moar freakiness. also it would be cool if they made it more of an rpg.
Wow some people actually liked The Darkness? everyone i've ever talked to,including myself have hated that game(scratches head) anyway... I would probably have to say Crackdown,one that actually had maybe a story? but kept the core gameplay and built on the rpg elements even more,to grow a even stronger character. Not many other xbox specific games that don't have sequels coming up to think of.
