Super Meat Boy is one of the best 2d platformers ever. Definitely a must-buy if you like that kind of thing.

Super Meat Boy and Braid are the cream of the crop. Fez and Dishwasher: Vampire Smiles are well worth it too.

Since I know everyone else will cover all the crazy good ones, I'll suggest Poker Smash. Really fun hidden gem if you like puzzle games.

For the nth time every time this type of thread pops up:

....and if you like that game you should also check out Pacman CE DX.

Castle Crashers and N+ both have great co-op modes.

Dust: An Elysian Tale, Spelunky, Bastion, Trials Evolution, Bionic Commando, Costume Quest.

Dust is half price right now so no better time to pick it up.

My vote would go to Castle Crashers, Super Meat Boy, or Spelunky. I have put sooooo much time into each of those games.

A game that most people overlook is Deadlight. I thought it was neat for what it was despite it's various flaws. Also Trials Evolution.

Super Meat Boy is possibly my favourite game for 360 nevermind XBLA. Just try not to break too many controllers.

Must Have: Splosion Man

Most have been said, but Battlefield 1943 if people are still playing, FarCry 3 Blood Dragon, and Braid.

Got Bastion and Mark of the Ninja with some left-over Microsoft bucks recently. I highly recommend both. Just finished up Mark of the Ninja earlier tonight, and damn that's a shit-ton of fine game for 600 MSP.
