I am thinking of selling my wii for a 360 around the time mercs 2 comes out, because there are no good games coming out for wii and the 360 just has great game after another, do you think this is a good idea?

If you do you'll still have to pay a little bit more to be able to buy a 360. But, it's up to you if you want to sell it or not. I still think the Wii is a great console, but I like the 360 more because of its games.

I don't know really what to say, but I think you should just save up to get a 360 so you can have both.

Well, depending on if you want great games, great onlinwe service and such, then YES go get the 360. If you feel like the games on nintendo Wii aren't going to be good enough for you, then you should go ahead and do it.

I like having both systems, its a good balance. But if you can only keep one get a 360 for sure 95 percent of my gaming is down on my 360.

I would keep my Wii and still purchase a 360 if that is plausible financially. 

You just need a little patience with the Wii. Try saving up for a 360 while still having the Wii.

I've been thinking the same thing only problem being after playing FPS on wii and PC the 360/ps3 pad is like slapping yourself in the face with a ps3 i'd try and keep both XBL is unrivalied but with voicechat conduit and motion plus on the way are you sure you can miss out plus new mario and metroid are in the works

Keep Wii, and buy a 360.

If you can't have both then get the 360.

Depends what systems you have now and your budget, if you have the cash keep everything.

Save some money, because selling your Wii won't get you much, or at least not near what you need to get a 360.

ideally, keep the wii, buy a 360.
But yeah, I would definitely recommend a 360 or PS3 as your primary console.

I traded my Wii on craigslist for a 360 and a ps2. I was happy.

Look around on craigslist, there's some crazy stuff.

I got lucky getting rid of my Wii. I let my brother borrow it since he has a kid, and now the kid loves it (he's like 4). So my brother will buy it off me for full retail price, I have yet to see the cash because I haven't seen him. Considering it was a bad mistake on my part getting a Wii, this was a welcome exchange.

I'm neutral with every console(but yeah nintendo's looking pretty dissapointing for anything soon) I'm not suggesting you definitely get rid of it,because then you'll want it again sometime down the line maybe,and have to pay full price for it,but its a great time to get a 360, good exclusive titles coming out this fall and a shit ton of multiplatform ones,counting games already out worth getting,you're looking at 30+ games worth getting for it.  I'd definitely say if you don't have  one by this fall,you're gonna be one bored person with no games to play :P

I had a wii and an xbox 360, played the wii as a party game with warioware, then it collected dust until super mario galaxy came out, which was awesome, then collected more dust as there weren't any games that were coming out on the wii that interested my gamehood.   So i ended up selling it on ebay for $300, i was pretty happy.
