Hey,

I'm wondering if anyone could link me to a video of the Xbox 360 being announced/revealed. I never saw it when it happened so am interested in watching it now. I've searched but not found anything so any help would be awesome.

Cheers!

Youtube search doesn't help? Add E3 to the search, maybe.

Wasn't the 360 unveiled at some closed MTV event?

not the "announcement-reveal" but the proper final reveal in its launch year.

Didn't The Rock unveil it? Or was that the original Xbox?

I remember that the event was on MTV being hosted by like a midget or something.

@DeF: Reminds me of when the 360 was still cool and not some Wii-Family-crap knock off for kids...

What the fuck? MS used to play old school jungle before their press conferences I guess. Weird.

Might also look on notable sites like gametrailers or gamespot or going through the g4 archives of videos, could be something there too.

@mister1337: wut? No, seriously, where on earth did this come from? What are these startling adult titles that seperate the PS3 from the 360 exactly? And why doesn't my father own them?

Are you from Gamespot?

@James_Giant_Peach: Since his about section says his profile was created august 2008 I doubt he suddenly came from gamespot.

@James_Giant_Peach: With that said, his post seems kinda like troll bait. EDIT: or flame bait.

Crazy to see both how far the Xbox has come and how much their messaging and marketing have changed since it launched.

@PillClinton: That was weird alright. Will it be "dubstep" (electro-house) for the next reveal then?

Jungle got pretty big back in the day. Even the main theme of Super Mario 64 had a little bit of it.
