As the title says, I'm curious why there isn't a wiki page for XCOM 2: War of the Chosen. Other expansions like Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge, StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, and even XCOM: Enemy Within all have pages, yet WOTC does not. I'm not sure if this is due to a technicality, a different view on how expansions are treated, or just nobody creating this page yet.

This is something that the more wiki focused mods probably have a better answer for since these sorts of questions come up somewhat often, but in my mind, I think it's to at least some degree due to those other games you mentioned getting their own retail release and being in a box on a shelf. I mean, Heart of the Swarm is entirely standalone and doesn't even require the previous game.

It's maybe an odd distinction at this point now that digital game sales have become so significant, but keep in mind that nearly a decade ago when Giant Bomb was just starting, DLC and digital sales were still just barely a thing. If the wiki were being designed from scratch today, I'm sure there would be better consideration given to how to consistently catalog things like this.

On console Enemy Within was never released as DLC, it was only ever released as a separate stand-alone game. War of the Chosen however is only available as DLC, so that's what it counts as.
