A zombie survival strategy game meets jogging companion app for iOS and Android, featuring an ongoing audio story to go along with your running from hordes of the living dead.
Doesn't the game work like a pedometer in the sense that rough up and down movements are registered as actually travelling? If it's in your pocket where it's relatively secure I'm not sure if it'll work. I don't know the answer myself though I'm just throwing this out. I suppose the only way to find out is to do it yourself?
If it just uses the accelerometer, there's hardly any reason as to why it wouldn't work. If it uses gyros or something to detect movement as well, then it probably won't. I don't think all the phones it supports have gyros (or if any phones have them for that matter) so it probably does use an accelerometer.

My phone has everything including a flux capacitor, so it should be able to handle any sensor requirements it has.
Oh wow $7.99. Well I looked around and people said they biked while using it. So maybe the difficulty of the zombies increase with your speed? Also do you have an iPhone and not a iPod touch? Because from what I read the zombies mobs are activated without an Internet connection.
So instead of gaming inside you'll game outside? You think that's the point of going out more? :D
This seems more productive then meeting random strangers and getting HEP A.
You don't get sick by meeting new people. Except you like to sleep with them without protection, which is stupid anyway.
Generally the people that say "you need to get out more often" are the ones that come home with HEP A :P
This was slathered with morning sarcasm, by the way. Not to mention it's 2012 and meeting people in public is just a nostalgic art that we like to use as a ballast for our normalcy in our peer's eyes.

Err, no, those are the ones with a life. But nevermind :D
