Can't tag games to video, "Error Saving"

I'm trying to tag this video https://www.giantbomb.com/videos/big-live-live-show-live-2015-part-03/2300-10159/ with games like Videoball and Half-Life 2, but it gives me "Error Saving" and doesn't add them. If I check the console it tells me the post request got a 500 error response. I'm on Firefox 94.0.2 if that helps.

I'm having this issue too. And possibly related, I'm getting similar errors when trying to edit or create pages on the wiki. This happens on any browser I use I try.
