CSRF token is invalid

This has been a problem now for years, yet I still can’t make a post without running into this error. It’s the main reason I stopped using the forums here and now I’m back and it’s still happening.

Are you leaving the window open for a long time before hitting Post Reply? There should be a 2-hour time delay before this error appears, but let me know if it's happening more often than that!

@haneybd87: Hmm, ok, I haven't seen any widespread reports about this but if anyone else is seeing this let me know. I know it was popping up a lot on ComicVine recently.

Hmm that might help - I don't have a way to test that out personally but I'll see if anyone else here is having the same issue. Do you ever run into this on desktop?

On mobile, I think this only ever happened to me if I load the site within an app browser. So if I tap a link off twitter or whatever and it opens the webpage within that app, not my browser app.

OK nevermind. I tapped a link from my twitter app (tweetbot) and that opened up a page in my regular browser (Firefox), and when I tried to post a comment in Jeff's Quick Look of Axiom Verge 2, it gave me the CSRF error. Loading up the page in a new browser window without coming from another app fixed it. I'm also on iOS 14.7.1.
