All I can say is that the console feels so much different compared to the Gaming PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X from my experience, judging that quite a lot of third-party multi-platform games are not available on the Switch such as Assetto Corsa Competizione, Cyberpunk 2077, etc.

Also, it's designed to have an affordable price by making it hybrid, and many fun factors by having many fun games to choose from (Regardless of party, genres and sub-genres).

Anyway, I would like to respect your opinion & experience with this console so far and it's a pretty interesting story so far.

@judaspete: I hope so, and I'm expecting it to be released by fall 2024, also I guess this and Endurance Motorsport Series will get ported to Nintendo Switch 2 by fall 2025.

Here we go, Kylotonn has announced their next project via Nacon Connect 2024, in this trailer, it features the two following cars are the Porsche 963 LMDh and the Porsche 911 GT3 R, I wonder how is the handling model going to be, either Simcade or Sim Racing, so we will find out when the gameplay trailer shows up a couple of months later, also it's going to release around 2025, one year after their open-world driving game called Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown (Scheduled to release later in 2024).

P.S. I was expecting Kylotonn would announce V-Rally 5 after they announced Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown.

Edit: Perhaps this game might have a dual-handling model option (Simcade or Sim Racing), to make it optimized for both the controller pad & Sim Racing wheel peripheral respectively, just like Codemasters' DiRT 4 did.

I do not care about the Twisted Metal series these days, so I wouldn't mind about that, meanwhile, the only three PlayStation first-parties I would like to see them return are Motorstorm, WipEout, and Resogun.

I reckon XDev should be able to develop the new Motorstorm and WipEout, or EA acquire the rights of Motorstorm so Codemasters Cheshire (Formerly known as Evolution Studios) to develop it.

Edit: Well, this situation reminds me of Microsoft's lay-off from last month, it's pretty unfortunate when this happens to video game publishing companies, however, I do wish both Sony and Microsoft their studios would be able to hire more good writers, directors, etc. So they can develop their future respective projects, meanwhile what if the GT7 PC version gets announced, I want the optimization to be good.

I would love to see the remaster of F-Zero X and F-Zero GX, these two futuristic racing games have fun gameplay, awesome soundtracks, great looking race tracks, characters & vehicle designs.

To me, it depends, but if you ask me what generation of video games I mostly feel nostalgic about, is the 7th-gen era, because of Gran Turismo 5 (PS3) and Forza Motorsport 3 (Xbox 360), which I can see their car models looks so stunning in its time and it's menu soundtracks are both so good! even though these two games have decent handling models they're not as realistic as iRacing, rFactor, GTR 2, GTR, GT Legends, Race 07, and Race - The Official World Touring Car Championship Game in terms of handling models.

Yet, I dislike the Standard/Simple/PS2/PSP era model cars in Gran Turismo 5 & 6, which don't look good compared to Gran Turismo 5 & 6's Premium/Detailed/PS3 era cars and Forza Motorsport 2, 3 & 4 cars.

Edit: Also here is another thing that I feel nostalgic about in the early 8th-gen era, is Forza Horizon 2 and Driveclub's graphics both look super stunning and way ahead of their time, but I dislike to admit these two look better than the original Assetto Corsa on PC (Without mods), even though the original Assetto Corsa is a different type of racing game compared to Forza Horizon 2 and Driveclub. Well, I have a reason why I prefer the original Assetto Corsa PC (Without mods) to Forza Horizon 2 and Driveclub because for featuring a more realistic handling model.

For me, I doubt Xbox will go third party, but what if it's true, then I'm so going to miss the Xbox as the first-party console brand. Well, I had fond memories of loving the PlayStation and Xbox console brands in my childhood and teenhood.

Dear motor racing fans

A while ago, there was news about Lewis Hamilton confirmed to switch from the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team to the Scuderia Ferrari Team for the Formula 1 2025 season, replacing Carlos Sainz Jr. and I'm curious to see how well he will perform along with his future teammate (Charles Leclerc), meanwhile what if Mick Schumacher returns to F1, I wonder how well he is going to perform, but currently, he is Team Mercedes' reserve driver and going to race for Team Alpine Elf Endurance in World Endurance Championship 2024 season.

What are your thoughts on this?
