Background
Bill lives in Andale with his wife, Martha, and his daughter, Jenny. He is the only family member to leave the house, working either in the garden shed in the backyard or in their neighbor's basement.
"Family Business"
Through the quest, "Our Little Secret", the Lone Wanderer enters the Shed or the Smith's basement, and, noticing the piles of human flesh on the tables, discovers that the residents of Andale are cannibals. The Lone Wanderer is later confronted by the town residents, and given the options of agreeing with their "lifestyle", gaining Evil karma, or killing them all, gaining Good karma.
