The first 2 paragraphs were 100% my experience from that game when I first played it for the first time 20 years ago. Going outside of Midgar just blew my mind and seeing goblins in random battles just made it feel more vast cuz if the stereotypical lowest leveled enemy is coming out now, after all these hours, what does this game have in store for me?

Was wondering how Leon Chang's list of two Star Ocean 2 entries would reflect on the guest list but I guess since it wasn't a list of 10 it wasn't counted. :P
I did a double take on the title of this blog because I never thought anyone else knew about this game. I got Xevious 3D/G+ on Christmas day with my PS1, I unfortunately did not have the same affinity for playing that game as you have. I remember finding about a way to unlock Paul and Heihachi from Tekken on it, which was pretty cool though.
I'm gonna try to beat Star Ocean 2 for good this time....I've been telling myself that for almost 20 years and even after breaking down and reading FAQs I still have no clue how to beat that last boss. Well, I got 3 weeks before Kingdom Hearts III comes out...
