This is something I've wanted for a while, and I think Jeff too.
It is being worked on. It's really just come down to a matter of cost. There was a time when each chat cost us a lot of money. It's less now. I've built a partially working voting tool, that allows users to vote for the next video content to be shown, so we can show GB content 24/7.
It's just a matter of resource and priority. We have like 100 things that come higher on the priority list at the moment.
It is indeed adding a limit to each resource, since they are all queried separately. It's really difficult to have a global limit that will work with intended results otherwise. Basically, I'd rather provide more data than less data.
I'm taking a look anyway to see if there's anything we can do
@constantk: Since the data is provided via our community wiki, you can go and add releases for games to update the information. We rely on cool users like you.
@hassun: Yes. I've talked about HTTPS Everywhere a lot, in a lot of threads. When I suggest turning off extensions, it includes this one.
Our site will not function properly with HTTPS Everywhere. It's due to the way shared resources are being done at CBSi, and we are limited with some third party providers that aren't able to provide content over HTTPS.
I also wish we could serve all content over HTTPS, and I'm doing what I can, but unfortunately there are providers out there that I have absolutely no control over. I will continue my best to try for 100% https support.
