@dahnosaur: Yes! I have two copies for 8 player matches and am hoping I will not need to rely on OG Xboxes any more.

@mason20: I use a Snowball like Patrick does. Note he keeps it close for a better sound.

OBS is fantastic software with plugins. I would do every thing that x-split or a tricaster can do, but then again it is free. It also works fine with my I5 and GTX 670 for recording at 720P at 30 FPS, which is fine for most needs.

@witzig: I have been collecting a bunch recently.

Some fun card based deck building games: Marvel Legendary & DC deck building. The DC one you actually play as the super heros, while Marvel has great mechanics with the super villains. (not to role playing level, but still fun and open to house rules)

Also smash up is a fun fast card game that combines two faction each time from pop culture scifi/fantasy.

King of Tokyo is a fun, quick board game where you play as a movie monster.

Castle Panic is a fun co-op, a bit on the easy side, great with kids.

Basically I watch TableTop and other shows that demonstrate the games, then get the ones that look good.
