    Overview

Aa Yakyū Jinsei Itchokusen ("Straight Baseball Life") is a virtual life and sports simulation game developed and published for the Nintendo Entertainment System by Sammy Studios on December 25th, 1992.

Taking the form of a board game similar to Monopoly or Game of Life, Aa Yakyū Jinsei Itchokusen tasks players to control a young adolescent male as he travels though elementary school and high school trying to achieve his dream of becoming a professional baseball player. Moving across the game-board, the player has the opportunity to raise the character's stats such as attractiveness, weight and stamina that increase the odds of being noticed and succeeding as a big-time baseball star.
